Step 1

Compiling the sales file

The sale of a property does not start with advertising, but with thorough and legally correct preparation. A complete and conclusive sales file is not only legally required but also forms the basis for a transparent, smooth, and legally watertight sales procedure.

Step 2

Verification of correct publication

The necessary documents and certificates have been requested and obtained: the sale can commence. A legally correct and attractive publication is essential for a successful real estate transaction. Our real estate consultant, in consultation with the legal department, will handle the publication of the property.

Step 3

Making a legally binding offer and proper acceptance

A potential buyer shows interest and wants to make an offer. The way the offer is formulated, the conditions included in it, and the method of acceptance together determine its validity and enforceability.

Step 4

Drafting and signing the purchase-sale promise

As soon as an agreement is reached on the price and sales conditions, we will take over the complete legal settlement. Our legal department will draw up the draft of the agreement, fully tailored to your case.

Step 5

Aftercare and administration after signing the sales agreement

There is usually a period of 3 to 4 months between the signing of the private agreement and the passing of the notarial deed. We remain closely involved during this crucial phase.
