Free consultation appointment

During this non-committal appointment, we will view the property and agree on a market-conform rental price with you.

Step 2

Requesting documentation

It is mandatory to have a valid EPC certificate and possibly a conformity certificate before we can offer the property for rent. We assist you with applying for the documentation.

Step 3

Commercialization

We optimally showcase your property through various media channels. We also use our automatic matching system and large client database to find the most suitable candidates.

Step 4

Guided viewings

The viewings are guided by our rental employees, who inform the candidates and show them around. Afterwards, they screen the prospective tenants so that you are fully informed.

Step 5

Administrative processing

After a candidature is accepted, our legal department draws up the rental agreement and requests an entry inspection report from an external partner. Furthermore, a rental deposit account is opened in the name of the tenant and landlord. All these documents are subsequently offered for registration with the government for further complete and correct administrative processing.

Step 6

Indexation

Each year you will receive a proposal for indexation from us. As the owner, you are free to choose whether or not to provide this to your tenant and index the rent.
